Keep an up-to-date list of all your medications. You will need to bring this with you for any appointments or if you receive a call for transplant.
It is really important that the transplant team is aware of all the medications you are taking as they could affect the surgery. This includes treatments that may seem harmless, including over-the-counter medication, inhalers, vitamins, patches, creams and herbal remedies.
